These Terms of Service govern your use of valleyvaultshop.com / valleyvault.shop and any purchases made from Valley Vault Shop. Throughout these Terms, “Valley Vault Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Valley Vault Shop.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and condition accurately. However, colors, packaging, and product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturer changes, or normal production differences.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Sealed products are sold factory sealed.
• Trading card pack contents are randomly determined by the manufacturer.
• Specific cards, pull rates, card values, and investment performance are not guaranteed.
• Pack artwork may be selected at random when multiple artwork variations are available.
• Product photographs may show one representative artwork or packaging variation.
• Collectible values may rise or fall after purchase.

3. Independent Reseller

Valley Vault Shop is an independent retailer and reseller of collectibles.

Product names, logos, characters, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to Pokémon, sports organizations, grading companies, manufacturers, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless specifically stated, Valley Vault Shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of those third parties.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Unusual or excessive quantities
• Reseller or automated purchasing activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms
• Technical or payment-processing errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities available per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.

5. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Valley Vault Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order information. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been processed or fulfilled.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts may change without advance notice. A price change does not apply retroactively to an order that has already been completed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, available destinations, and free-shipping qualifications are described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a secure and deliverable shipping address and for monitoring tracking information.

Shipping concerns, missing packages, and damaged deliveries will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Sealed trading card products must remain factory sealed, unopened, and untampered with to qualify for a return.

Opened booster packs, opened sealed products, products with damaged or altered seals, and products missing original components are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within one hour after an order is placed, provided that the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. A cancellation is not final until approved by Valley Vault Shop.

9. Fraud, Tampering, and Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny a return, restrict an account, or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect:

• Product substitution
• Resealing or tampering
• False damage or non-delivery claims
• Payment fraud
• Abuse of promotions
• Excessive or abusive return activity
• Use of multiple accounts to avoid purchasing limits
• Other deceptive or unlawful conduct

We may preserve order records, photographs, shipment weights, tracking information, packaging records, and communications when reviewing a claim.

10. Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activities conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission

The Valley Vault Shop name, logo, website design, original photographs, written descriptions, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Valley Vault Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and product artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to provide accurate product information and dependable service, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Except for any express commitments stated in our product descriptions or policies, products and website services are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional warranties.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valley Vault Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, delayed delivery, inability to access the website, changes in collectible value, or reliance on third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes any non-waivable consumer rights.
